About Me

Hi there! My name is Daisy and I am a licensed professional counselor, life coach and trauma recovery coach. I have over twenty years of experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma in various settings. I spent many years working at an investment bank in various roles in HR and Technology.

I have experienced significant loss and trauma in my life. My earliest memory is being sexually assaulted for years by a family friend which started when I was five years old. Both of my parents passed away by the time I was eight. My relatives whom I later lived with were abusive; verbally, emotionally, and physically. I ran away at fourteen years old and dropped out of school. I eventually went back to school to earn a GED, an associate’s degree in Business, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Masters degree in Counseling. I opened my therapy private practice in 2014 and now have a thriving group practice. I also have a small billing company.

I refuse to let my past experiences dictate my future, despite enduring pain and suffering. I firmly believe that perseverance and resilience are inherent in all of us, and many people fail to recognize their own potential. My mission is to help you see your full potential and identify any roadblocks that are preventing you from moving forward.

“Daisy is a great therapist, and, having never been to therapy before, I consider myself lucky to have found her. Courteous and professional; I always feel comfortable sharing and expressing myself when I see her. Her honesty and straightforward approach has given me a much greater understanding of myself, and for that I am forever thankful.”

“I always leave Daisy's office feeling better about myself and my progress towards becoming a better person.”

I really enjoy my appointments with Dr. Chow. It’s hard finding a therapist I feel comfortable with and she is great. Also, she is very knowledgeable and is well versed in different areas.

It was great. I have been skeptical of therapists/psychiatrist due to terrible past experiences, but Daisy has proven all my skepticisms wrong! It’s nice to find a therapist so willing to work with my constantly changing schedules.
