Executive Coaching

What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching is a professional development strategy that helps leaders and other high-potential employees improve their performance, achieve their goals, and develop their leadership skills. It's a client-driven process that involves a close, confidential relationship between a coach and the client. It's like having a personal trainer for your career, offering one-to-one guidance to help you navigate the challenges of your role and industry.

I specialize in helping individuals who want to grow in their careers. I have experience working with medical professionals, lawyers, and corporate employees. My mission is to help my clients reach their full potential.

How can an executive coach help?

In my coaching sessions, I help clients improve critical thinking and problem-solving, strengthen leadership skills, expose blind spots, and change limiting behaviors and beliefs. In addition, I can help you in these areas:

  • Self-awareness

Help my clients to understand their current competencies and how others perceive them.

  • Goal setting

Help my clients in identifying and clarifying their goals, and choose action steps to reach them.

  • Leadership development

Help my clients in developing the leadership skills they need to succeed, such as emotional intelligence, the ability to influence others, and strategic vision.

  • Alignment with organizational objectives

Guide my clients in aligning their growth with their organization's goals.

  • Addressing challenges

Assist my clients in addressing challenges specific to their company environment.

How often do I meet with a coach?

If you have time-critical goals, you should meet with me at least once a week, and possibly twice a week for the first couple of weeks. You might need around eight to 12 sessions in total. If your goals are long-term, you might not need to have weekly sessions. If you have many smaller goals, you might benefit from weekly meetings.
